Wolf Pack

Wolf Pack

In the stars of night
Something stirs the frights
Scaring the scary
Something indeed hairy

A howl echos through out
But don’t you dare shout
You see there is a wolf pack
Hungry and eager to attack

The leader is a devilish master
Famous for death and disaster
And its been so long sense they fed
Surly tonight something will be dead

Twenty mouths of eighteen sharp teeth
Both above and beneath
They long for the taste of flesh and bone
For blood they never travel alone

With the howl out goes the order
To permanently cause chaos and disorder
No such thing as uneasy prey
There’s nowhere safe to hide or stay

Out into the night the wolves travel
Their claws turn rock to gravel
The moon is bright and bloody red
lighting up the forest and causing dread

In this light all becomes clear
As the trees shiver in fear
Instantly silence comes over the land
And the wolves form a tightened band

A circle of moths and teeth
With drool dripping from underneath
A young girl in a blood stained red cloak
Stands in the center and begins to choke

Spinning and staring at her demise
With no one to tell her last goodbyes
Letting out a scream cut short
As they eat growl and snort

A tiny meal for a large group
All getting a taste of blood soup
This is far from the nights end
SO soon they’ll be on the hunt again
